WIND TURBINE GEAR UNIT 

DESCRIPTION

Kian Tajhiz began to manufacture wind turbine gear units in response to customer demands for eco-friendly products. Since 2005, Kian Tajhiz began wind turbine gear unit production with the 750kW gear box. Kian Tajhiz has completed development of the 2MW gear box model and is currently developing the 1.65MW and the 5MW gear box.

VERTICAL ROLLER MILL GEAR UNIT 

DESCRIPTION

Kian Tajhiz vertical roller mill gear unit technology is based on the know-how and technical capacity accumulated for the past 20 years and the technical agreement with RENK and has been supplied to both domestic and international customers. Playing a core role in grinding fuel for thermal power plants and cement plants, the vertical roller mill gear unit has excellent durability against severe environments and is able to handle high loads. A temperature sensor is mounted on the vertical roller mill gear unit to monitor temperatures of the bearing and the oil. In addition, a combination of the planetary gear and the bevel gear enables Kian Tajhiz to design the reducer with a gear ratio of 20:1~40:1.

FEATURES

STEEL MILL GEAR UNIT

DESCRIPTION

Kian Tajhiz steel mill gear units applicable for steel plants require high output and durability. These units adopt forced lubrication and a mandrel shaft and provide easy maintenance with a bush. Kian Tajhiz’s steel mill gear unit’s steel plate, coiler for steel sheet, 2-stage transmission for conveying the steel raw material, leveler for rolling, and mill for grinding the raw material have been verified through its global supply record and customer satisfaction.

JACK UP RIG  

DESCRIPTION

Kian Tajhiz Jack Up gear box is a core product of the Jack Up Vessel. Its reduction of the gear ratio ranges from 100 to 20,000 or higher and is capable of performing a self-test of loads over 1,200 tons. Therefore, analysis of all parts and verification of the load test guarantees the best quality under a heavy load.

MARINE GEAR UNIT

DESCRIPTION

The marine gear units must have higher reliability and durability since their operational conditions are severe. Marine gear units are used for main propulsion, thrusters, dredger pumps, and generator gear boxes. The marine gear unit requires very complicated and high technology at the design and production stages. In addition, the units must guarantee semi-permanent lifetimes since replacement is unavailable after installation.

COOLING TOWER GEAR UNIT 

DESCRIPTION

Kian Tajhiz cooling tower gear is used to rotate the blade of the cooling tower. It must have water-proof functionality and it must endure long term operation. In addition, the direction of the input shaft and the direction of the output shaft must be at right angles to each other.

DESCRIPTION

Kian Tajhiz provides consulting services at the request of customers regarding service, supply of parts, or manufacturing parts with specific specifications. Also, when a customer replaces damaged parts or needs parts to upgrade a gear, Hyosung is able to provide additional parts designed by the experts according to the requirements of the customer.
